Holiday Spirit

On the 13th we started our holiday festivities....1st we went to the parade, then we ordered pizza, and then we decorated the tree. Charlie loved decorating the tree, Lukas was an excellent supervisor. He had his favorite spots to put the ornaments. Sometimes if his spot was filled, he would just pile them up on a branch.
He was very serious and would not stop to pose for pictures....busy, busy, busy.
Putting the star on top.
The end result (notice the clump of red balls to the right of him, one of his fav. spots)
The best gift I could find under the tree! On another cold dreary day we made gingerbread cookies.
We baked and decorated....
and hid from the camera....
and decorated some more....
and decorated our plates....
and the Chief supervised...
and here is the end result!
The Hula girls were my favorite!! We got a bunch of snow this past weekend.
The snow shovel was supposed to be a Christmas gift but obviously he needed it early.
Excited to dig!
Helping Dad shovel the driveway.....
and the walkway. They did a great job! Then it was torture Luke day!
pre-torture pictures
Animal overload!
He seemed to like all of his toys and buddies all over him.
And then not so much.

Sunday

(notice the pants unbuttoned on chubbers --6m size by the way!!)
We got some snow on sunday, not a lot but plenty to play in.
The tracks are from making the snowman. Charlie was also mowing the lawn.
Our snowman, we used just about all the snow on the lawn to make him.
doing some digging
Luke hating being all bundled up
happy to be out of his snow gear
