We had a busy 4th of July weekend. We went to the parade in Port Jefferson. We found a nice shady spot under a tree across the street from our first apartment. 
Here are the boys waiting patiently for the parade to start.

Uh-oh I hear fire engines!
Luke isn't quite sure about the noise yet, and Charlie has already decided it is too loud.
The Marines lead the parade.
Here come all the fire engines (very very loud fire engines).
The highlight of the parade for Charlie...a mini Grave Digger Monster Truck.
Another exciting moment for Charlie!
Now thats the spirit!

After the parade the boys fell asleep pretty much as soon as they were strapped into their seats.
Later that day we went to a BBQ at Uncle Pete's.
Luke and Aunt Denise

Luke had a long day...zzzzz.
Next day, we hit the beach.
