Charlie's Winter Breakfast at School

Charlie's pre-school put on the cutest little Winter Breakfast for the kids. We ate some yummy bagels and had some delicious treats and had a super duper dance party.
Charlie was a little nervous at first, but Luke wasn't. Then Frosty the Snowman came for a visit and Lukas was obsessed, Charlie was even more nervous than before. Luke couldn't stand waiting his turn to see him.
Then we did some more dancing.
Lukas really fit in with the bunch.
He also found another Mickey friend.
Lukas had a blast.
And once Frosty left, so did Charlie!
Later that night, the boys vegged out watching some Mater and Lightning Mcqueen cartoons on Youtube (yes I know they are a little young for Youtube, but look at them).
Here are some cute and funny videos of the boys dancing.

And some video of Charlie dancing.

M.I.A.

So I've started this crazy accelerated winter course.....It goes MTWTh from 6-8ish for 3 weeks, I have 4 papers to write (1 down, 3 to go). It's possible I will be missing in action, glued to my computer, letting my kids watch whatever garbage they want to watch on TV, eat whatever snacks they want all day long, and play with whatever electronics they want so I can get through this course. And then on to more exciting things starting January 29th...working on my Thesis, blah. Anyway here are a couple cute pictures of the boys. Lukas loves Charlie's new magnifying glass, so he walks all over the house with his face glued to it, it's hilarious to watch. And the last 2 are some spontaneous cuddling of the boys. I walked past the living room one day and they were like that, so cute.

Charlie and his new Leapster video game

This kid cracks us up when he plays this thing. He is constantly kicking, spinning, and moving his arms all over the place. At least he's moving!

Happy New Year!

On New Year's Eve we were so lucky to have Grandma stay with the boys so we could go to Marc and Danielle's wedding. We stayed over at the hotel (first time ever, away from the boys). It was a lot of fun, but we were eager to get home to the boys in the morning. Danielle was a beautiful bride We couldn't see or hear too much of the ceremony because we were pretty far back and there was probably about 150 people there.
Anthony and Will during cocktail hour after a few cocktails.
Matt acting like Anthony, who was caught taking a picture of himself all alone. So this is him making fun.
Leah, Denise, and I.
Will and I at the reception.
A little later...
Marc and Danielle coming through the tunnel.
Their first dance.
You can't really see her because she is so tiny, but that is Danielle up in the chair.
Marc up in the chair being crazy.
After midnight, after a few drinks, getting my groove on.
More dancing fun!
Dave's girlfriend (who's name I can't remember for the life of me) and I.

Aah Christmas!

Christmas was great this year. Every year it just keeps getting better and better as the boys get older and the excitement grows. We were able to spend Christmas with Grandpa and Kerri and the kids on the Eve, and then with Grandma, Oppa, Omma, Auntie Kate, Uncle Theo, Uncle Bobby, Aunt Christina, and Uncle Matt on Christmas day. We miss Nana and Papa, and Great Grandma, and hope that one year we can make it to Hawaii to spend it with them and Cousin Adam and Uncle Jimmy too. Although, Christmas season is a busy time of year with all the running around, shopping, wrapping, dealing with crowds and scrooges in public, I am sad it's over. Most people say they are glad it's over and ready to move on to the New Year. But to me there is something about seeing your kid's faces on Christmas morning that makes all the chaos totally worth it. Hope everyone's Christmas was as wonderful as ours!
