Holtsville Ecology Center

After feeling like I've neglected my son being so busy with school work, I decided to take Charlie to the ecology center. It's a cute little farm/zoo that has mostly rescued animals. The best part about it is, it's FREE!!! It's kind of small but if you get there right when it opens, you can beat the crowd and all the camp field trips, plus all the animals are still out and about. Charlie was more of an observer, he didn't care to pet or feed the animals. This guy was really trying to get Charlie's attention. Cute little piggy This is about as close as Charlie gets to a Llama. Watching for the Bobcat. There he is! Spying on the Bears Creeping up on the Pony and Donkeys Practicing his fence scaling skills.
